All purchases made in store are final NO CASH REFUND OR EXCHANGE.All purchases made online but are being picked up in store can be exchanged only NO REFUNDS. All purchases made online that are being shipped out can do exchange only NO REFUNDS,

We must be notified within 3 business days of receiving shipment that there is an issue with the order.

For any reason if we are not notified within 3 days there will be no exchange SALE IS FINAL !!! If item or items are being returned due to FACTORY DAMAGE EACH ITEM is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in original condition this means All tags Must be attached to garment all items must show no obvious signs of being WORN free of any perfume,stains, make up, deodorant or smoke if for any reason JMC feels that the garment is not in a resaleable state due to damage by the customer we have the right to refuse the return and no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by you the customer. if eligible for an exchange you will be responsible for shipping. Please send us a tracking number in order for us to have a chance to keep up with the exchange item ,please allow up to 5 business days for us to do a process exchanged order.


IF you received an incorrect item please contact us immediately within 1-2 days to inform us that you received an incorrect item so that a replacement can be sent out to you ASAP WE MUST RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN 48 hours of being contacted about incorrect shipment being received .
