Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS for all orders to be processed (weekends not included) During HOLIDAY & PROMO SALES (which can be considered  high volume times) please allow an additional 1-2 DAYS LONGER, so please make your purchase in advance to ensure you will receive your order in time! JMC really appreciates your patience.

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a tracking number by email so please make sure your shipping address is correct. Jaz Me Couture is not RESPONSIBLE for any orders shipped out due to incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages nor are we responsible for any shipping delays via UPS OR USPS MAIL.

Items purchased on pre-orders may take between 1-4 weeks for delivery. If a pre- order is purchased with your order, please specify if you would like items to be shipped with or without pre-order item. All pre-order items will have an expected arrival date. Please note delivery dates are approximate and subject to change.

For Lost Packages Where Tracking Information Shows They Were Delivered:

  1. File a claim with USPS or UPS.

  2. File a police report.

  3. Wait for USPS or UPS investigation results. Depending on these results, items may be reshipped.

Jaz Me Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. The customer pays for the shipping both ways if items need to be sent back.

How Much is Shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculate, simply add items to your cart and proceed to check out page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.

How Long is Shipping?
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:


US Oders:
- USPS Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business days
- UPS Shipping: 1-5 days


How do I Track My Order?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For International orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but this is not an actual tracking number.
